For me, real estate is about more than buying and selling houses—it’s about creating options, building wealth, and helping people move toward the life they want.

I’m a Realtor with Keller Williams serving Wilmington and the surrounding coastal North Carolina communities, including New Hanover, Leland, Hampstead, Southport, and beyond. I’ve called the Wilmington area home for nearly 10 years, attending both high school and college here, so I know the area not only as a real estate market, but as a place to actually live. I know the neighborhoods, the local spots, and the different lifestyles that make this area special.

Before getting my real estate license, I spent two years working in the rental-property world. I gained hands-on experience with property maintenance and handyman work, communicated directly with homeowners and guests, and was mentored in the behind-the-scenes business of property management. That experience taught me to look at a property from more than just a sales perspective.

I’m also passionate about real estate investing and building my own portfolio. I understand strategies like house hacking and think about properties not only in terms of where someone will live, but also how a property can fit into a larger financial plan.

At 23, I bring a lot of energy and ambition to the business. I’m hungry to work hard, but I’m equally focused on making sure my clients feel comfortable, heard, and understood. I’m naturally a people person, and I believe one of my biggest strengths is making people feel like they’re genuinely known—not just another transaction.

I especially enjoy working with first-time homebuyers, investors, and sellers. Whether you’re buying your first home, looking for your next investment, or figuring out how to get the most out of a property you already own, my goal is to bring patience, practical knowledge, and a strong work ethic to the table.

Outside of real estate, I’m building toward the same thing I want to help my clients achieve: financial freedom, the ability to travel, and the flexibility to spend more time with the people who matter most. I graduated summa cum laude at the top of my college class, and I bring that same drive and commitment to everything I do.
